We build pools. That is why our service work looks different — the technician at your house knows the plumbing, the bond grid, and the equipment pad because our company installs them.
Pricing starts at $275 a month for a standard pool and moves up based on what your pool actually has: a spa, a slide, a waterfall, more water, more trees. Every add-on is published below, so you can add up your own number before we walk your yard.
Every week, all year. We do not drop to every other week in winter, and there is no summer surcharge. Fifty-two visits at one flat monthly price — and February pollen does more damage to a filter than August ever does.
What Every Visit Includes
Fifty-two visits. Chemicals included.
- Skim surface and waterline
- Brush walls, steps, benches, and tanning ledge
- Vacuum floor as needed
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Full water test — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, stabilizer
- All balancing chemicals supplied and applied
- Filter pressure reading and backwash as needed
- Visual inspection of pump, heater, and automation
- Photo and chemistry report texted after every stop
- Written notice before any repair is performed
What the base rate covers
Pools up to 20,000 gallons, one body of water, no attached water features, in our core service area.
Not included
Salt, DE, phosphate remover, and specialty chemicals. Filter cleanings. Repairs and parts. Green-pool restoration.
No contract lock-in
Month to month with 30 days notice. Rates hold for twelve months from your start date.
