Braden Crow
HEAD OF SALES
Braden Crow serves as Head of Sales at Solace Pools and helps homeowners across the Birmingham area bring their backyard vision to life. With more than nine years of experience in sales and business leadership, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a personal approach to every client relationship. Braden believes a great experience starts with listening, clear communication, and following through. Whether discussing a new pool design or ongoing pool care, his goal is to help homeowners feel informed, confident, and excited about their investment. Outside of work, Braden enjoys spending time with his wife, Marissa, staying active, traveling, and cheering on Alabama football. His faith and commitment to relationships shape how he approaches both life and business.

Aubrey brings years of experience leading teams and supporting organizations to Solace. As Operations Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from scheduling and team coordination to making sure every customer gets the dependable, high-quality service Solace is known for. For Aubrey, great service starts with people who are organized, reliable, and truly care. It's about giving families peace of mind and more time to enjoy their backyards together, which is something she understands firsthand. When she isn't working, you'll find her spending time with her wonderful husband, Nick, and their three kids, Halle, Emory, and Annie Jane.
